How long will it take to receive my order?

Our processing time is generally 3 business days.  If you need an item by a specific date, contact us and we'll do all that we can to make that happen.

Can I make a change to an existing strap on your site?

Once a strap is completed, any changes are very limited.  We can switch out bells and ties, but let us know what you have in mind and we'll see what we can do.

What is the atmosphere in the shop when you're working?

We usually have a Hallmark Christmas movie on in the background (this is 100% true, and we make comments through the whole thing).  Otherwise we're listening to music and consuming all the 'shop snacks'.

Do you make all the Jingle Bell Straps by hand?

Yes!  From the design to painting to tying each bell, every part is done by hand.

What makes the Jinlge Bell Straps different from others?

We hand select each leather hide and only use the highest quality materials.  The bells are solid, heavy, and give an incredible sound - not tinny or hollow.  Since we make and oversee every step of the process, we are confident in everything we create knowing that it's our best work. 

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

You bet - We are located in Pleasant Grove and offer local pick up.

Do you offer refunds?

Because of the custom one-of-a-kind pieces we sell, we do not offer refunds or store credit.

What's your favorite Jingle Bell Strap?

Cody: Any strap that has some western touches, like the Santa fringe strap, with silver conchos, and I love the size 5 bells.  Also any custom strap because they're so unique and one-of-a-kind.

Julia: I love making custom or heirloom straps.  Being able to create something so specific and personal for someone means a lot!  We delivered an order once and when the customer shook the strap to ring the bells, she started to cry because it reminded her of her childhood.  I'll never forget that.
